You might have saved her life in the end, if she had killed one or all of you I can't imagine it would have ended well for her."

I remembered a dinner with my parents, apparently we were celebrating the day they adopted me." He sounded thoughtful as he spoke. "I'm glad for the memory, I finally remember their faces and names. Lucille and Roland Layton- at least I know who to look for when all this is over."
