Heiji seemed a little taken aback that she'd even ask. "'Course I would. We might be in a tight spot, but that'd don't mean we're not still human." What kind of person would begrudge a kid food, anyway? Always ignoring, of course, that Heiji wasn't sure how old he was himself.
