If you wanted to use the standard dialect, "ohayougozaimasu" is good morning, "konnichiwa" is good day, and "konbanwa" is good evening.

He sounds out each syllable slowly, including the extended 'ou' in ohayou, along with the 'nni' in konnichiwa that Snake may not be familiar with.
