ambidex voting #1

A M B I D E X  V O T I N G

After escaping your rooms, talking with others, and swiping your Ambidex Room cards, Calhoun appears to explain how the Ambidex Voting works:

You have 45 minutes to place in your vote, after the first Ambidex Room opens. PAIRs go together in one room, while SOLOs go into another room. Why are you all separated? Well, that's because you'll now be going up against each other. You'll be competing against whoever you paired up with to go through the Chromatic Doors. The Red SOLO will face the Red PAIRs, the Blue SOLO will face the Blue PAIRs, and the Green SOLO will face the Green PAIRs. Hope you've made a good impression on your opponents because this next bit is crucial:

You will have to either Ally with them, or Betray them.

If both sides pick Ally, great, you all gain 2BP, and you're best friends. If both sides pick Betray, then there's some serious problems in your "friendship", and no one gets any BP. Now, what happens if someone picks Ally and the others pick Betray? That's when it gets interesting. The one who picked Ally will lose 2BP, but the ones who picked Betray will gain 3BP. Sure, you've had to backstab your partner, but you want to get out of here faster, right? It's worth it in the long run, and besides, who knows if they'll even pick Ally? They might pick Betray on you, so this is just self-defence. Plus, PAIRs share the same destiny and BP increase/decrease, so even more reason to be extra careful. You all better think long and hard before picking something as dumb as Ally. Oops, did he call it dumb? Well, he's not suppose to be all opinionated, but it is, sorry.

But anyway, happy voting! Calhoun will see all of you later with the results.
