Heiji had to laugh at the description of Snake. "Seriously? He ain't tell me that part. Talk about stubborn; maybe I'm rubbin' off on him."

Hearing that Snake had been so insistent on keeping his promise made him genuinely happy, especially since Snake had given him a minor scolding about trusting Zelos that first time. In short: moe garbage. "He plays it off all cool, but he's really a sweetheart."

Heiji was clearly not feeling moe enough right now, so let Clive help him with that. "So are you, you know. That's why I'm glad that you two are going out now. You deserve each other."

Heiji didn't even know what to do or say in response to that. So instead, he just sort of looked everywhere except for Clive, like he was too embarrassed to even make eye contact although he was trying.
