I see... I'll be in that room with just Heiji next round, but I have faith that we'll do fine. I think you and Alfendi will be okay in your next room, too, but... I'm a bit worried about Hershel. It might be a little much for someone like him, so take care of him, okay?

I will try my best. *Whatever the room would happen to be, being prepared for anything seemed like the the way to go. So if the room were to set itself on fire, Snake would not be surprised.*

It's good to hear you sounding better. I take it you had quite the experience in your room.

Indeed, it was quite the eventful room, but it had a relatively happy ending thanks to Jake. I can't give you the full details yet, obviously, but because of him we were able to avoid the thing that got Heiji and Sasuke hurt when they did the room. We also worked out a deal so that we could both comfortably pick Ally with each other.

So whatever mechanism that ended up stabbing people will need to be worked around. *Clearly. Although it did certainly make Snake wonder how one team got stabbed and the other did not. Some kind of goal or puzzle to solve?*

That's right. There's an easy way and a hard way to do it, but the easy way... is far more unpleasant. You might be able to pull off the hard way if you and Alfendi work together. That's what Jake and I did. [No they didn't.] I think that's about all I can say about that, though.
