A M B I D E X  V O T I N G Chop chop, everyone downstairs to the first floor! You're all done the puzzle rooms, so you know what to do. Well, most of you, but it's pretty basic, just enter any Ambidex Room you like (they're not elevators, you ignorant test subjects) then vote! How does voting work? Very simple! Pick Ally or Betray, and that's it! But with every round, there's always some prizes, depending on what you vote, so here's this rounds: For anyone who chooses Ally, well, if your opponent chooses Ally as well, then 2BP for each of you. You get all that friendship, blah blah, whatever. For anyone who chooses Betray, and gets a Betray in return, your BP doesn't change at all, but you do get two cans of food and 15 coins for each person, what, you have a problem with it being the same as last time? We're busy over here, quit your bellyaching. Now, the best part: for anyone who chooses Betray and their opponent chooses Ally, Calhoun will be very generous with his prizes, again! You'll get two cans of food and a memory! We're switching it up a bit. Also, as usual, those who pick Betray get 3BP instead of just 2. But if you're the poor sap that chose Ally and got stabbed in the back, well, sorry, you lose 2 BP. At least you got stabbed for the greater good, right? And plus, you might get a little something. Spotting Clive trying to catch some Z's in the garden, Kuzuryuu eyed him as though considering something. After a few moments of indecision he decided to stride up to him, nudging him in the side with his foot. Extremely polite, as always.

"Hey, wake up," he said roughly. "I got something I wanna ask you."

[ Hello Hershel, how is your burned calf that Jake had nothing to do with. Time to approach him when he's looking at Calhoun's shop. ]

Really, Kuzuryuu thought it was kind of stupid to thank the person you were up against for not betraying. Especially if they'd already agreed not to. That'd already said they would, so it wasn't as though they were doing anything special.

Still, there he was approaching Heiji, anyway. He seemed a tad awkward, clearly unused to doing things like this. "Thanks for not betraying, or whatever the hell people are supposed to say after a round like this. It's, uh, I appreciate you keeping your word. Y'know."

[Nothing at all, clearly Hershel was the one to punch Calhoun's screen in rage. He can't control his teenage angst, okay.

He looks over, eyes widening a moment before going more determined as he nodded.] I need to talk to him, about the medical supplies. [He turns fully towards him, glancing down] I'm not sure if Ema will be buying herself them, and you really might need them too, Jake.

Seeing Ema flat on the ground, Kuzuryuu had to wonder what the hell was up with her. When they'd first met, she'd looked terrible, then he'd heard of more injuries from Hershel and now this.

"You really are a human disaster area, aren't you?" he asked, after deciding to approach her.

[ ............ Jake was going to come over to check on her, but looks like she's having a fun time on the ground, so grabbing her arm (the one that doesn't have an injured shoulder). ]

"What happened to you this time? You set off another trap?"

[ Not on the beautiful floor anymore because once it seems like... Ema has fallen asleep or something, time to give her a piggyback again, sigh. Hope she likes the couch that Jake stole from the music room, it's a lot comfier than the ground. ]

Jake, if you aren't careful you may not be able to use your hand properly again. You lost so much blood, you probably need stitches and your chance of infection must be through the roof.

[He starts to sound a little panicked, it's been a rough few days okay, give him a break, before squashing it and trying to just look determined instead. it comes out a little pleading.] You need the supplies, Ema desperately needs them, please, surely you must see that.

Kuzuryuu was actually surprised by that. Being called tall was not something he was used to. "Eh-? B-because you're on the floor?" He had to take a moment to recover from that.

"You should... probably get up, y'know. You have enough BP to get actual medical supplies." Or, probably actual medical supplies. That had yet to be determined, but that was what he'd been told.

[Wow, are you trying to say he's as incompetent as you, he is deeply offended by that.

The shaking and the super concerned voice manage to get through to him, so Clive finally opens his eyes about halfway because that's all he can manage right now. Hershel's face comes into focus soon enough, and his brain pieces finally together what's going on. He lets out a yawn before he responds.]

Oh, Hershel... I'm sorry, I didn't mean to-

[His train of thought is quickly forgotten when he sees the state of Hershel's clothes. Holy fucking shit, he got himself hurt again, didn't he. Don't even try to deny it. Cue both a concerned and super judgmental look.]

Hershel just regards him for a moment, a weirdly intense moment before putting a hand over his chest and sighing.] Oh, good, for a moment I thought something was wrong. That blasted gallery... I guess I shouldn't be all that surprised you and your team got through it so well. [Smart lot and Zelos was totally awake right.

Oh right. Haha. Traps.] Yes, it ah... got complicated. [So going to avoid explaining the 'Jake strikes again and got everyone hurt' thing, not when Jake had two whole stars in that CR chart. ] As it turns out destroying Calhoun's screen triggers a small explosion.

She carefully pats the space next to her. "Maybe you should just lie down. It's a nice floor." In fact, she can't remember many that are better, though to be fair, most of her memory is fairly fuzzy right now. "The rat can't be trusted," she adds.

"Well, no he can't but-" Kuzuryuu was starting to get kind of concerned with Ema's behavior, despite himself.

"Are you sure this is just a headache?"

[ema you're a hot mess, man. Hershel isn't sure how to even deal with this besides stiffly sitting besides her with a somewhat solemn expression. maybe she's in another room at this point or couched idk but he's there can't get rid of him]

You shouldn't fall asleep, you know. I'm fairly certain that's the concussion rule, that and don't get another one, but that's a bridge to cross when we get there.

Clive couldn't help but laugh a bit at the mental image of them actually pulling their hair out. Not that Kuzuryuu had much hair to pull out, anyway. "Well, at least you got your Ally vote in the end, right? That's all that matters." Because really, not everyone in the world was going to get along with each other, so no use fretting over it. At least it sounded like they fought with each other and not with Heiji.

"Yes, I'm sure that things wouldn't have worked out this well if he had been awake. I really do hope he'll be alright, though." Hahahahaha yeah fucking right.

"Then you definitely need to get some kind of treatment. What the hell are you hanging around here for?"
