The Ambidex Rounds have now concluded. A new set of experiments will follow.

[ It goes silent and the results screen turns on. Looks like that's the end of that. ]

Heiji emerged from his room smelling like something burning, but clearly pleased with himself. If only Clive were here to share in the victory.

But in any case, he was off to see how the others were doing -- especially Snake and Hershel, who lbr probably had it rough that last round. And he did, of course, have a bit of an appointment to keep. An appointment with a nice hot shower, eat shit Zero.

*Snake certainly wasn't hard to find. Just look for a tall man covered head to toe in mud and missing half his left arm. His teeth still chattered because freezing cold water and mud are no fun. Despite (or probably because of) the experience, there's a hard set to Snake's shoulders. He made his way to the garden, just to try to clean off some of the mud on him. What he wouldn't give for a pool of WARM water to jump into. Either due to determination to get clean or mud in his ears, he didn't realize Heiji was quite near.*

[ so, that room was just............ great. ]

[ jake comes out of his elevator completely soaked to the bone. he's practically dripping, even 45 minutes after the end of the puzzle rooms, and the mud only adds to the swamp monster image that he has going on. it coats his impressive beard and the water has his hair stick to his forehead. luckily for him, he only went in with a thin shirt and pants, but this is still super gross. do you want to know the plus side of all this? ]

[ he can finally see again. well... kind of. everything is kind of a blur and his depth perception is pretty shit, but at the very least, he can make out things, so it's not too bad. so, he marches his way right up to the garden to get cleaned up. afterwards, honestly, just find him anywhere doing any of the following: standing like a miserable sack of shit after he exits the elevator, up in the garden washing himself up, trimming his beard and hair (god, when calhoun gets back, he needs to buy a goddamn razor), organizing his stuff, etc. idk we'll figure it out. he'd want to harass alfendi, hershel, and ema for sure, so watch out?? it's attack of the giant lumberjack ]

Heiji probably caught Jake while he was idk organizing his stuff or something boring like that. "Hey Jake, you made it! Got a second?"

He was in a pretty good mood, exploding robots man. He was even going to brave talking to Mr. Beardo here, although lumberjacks seemed like they should have black hair or something. Like Wolverine.

Assuming this is after they're both cleaned up...

*After a good soaking and a hot shower later, Snake feels more like himself again. Especially with his arm back on. He was on a quest to find Jake and after asking around to his whereabouts, he finally found the man organizing his things.*

I take it you've recovered a bit from that room as well?

You really need to shave. [hey buddy, how's that for a first thing to say as hershel walked up almost hesitantly. he's clearly buzzing with energy of some sort, fidgetting, the works, and he's not really sure he should be talking to anyone while he's still coming down from alfendi's weirdo brain waves or whatever, but...]

Sorry, I just mean it must be kind of uncomfortable. After the next we get coins I'll get you one.

[After making it through the room in record time, Sasuke... definitely smells like burnt something, although that may not be such a huge surprise if the others have already encountered Heiji. Eau de robot flambé - truly, there's nothing quite like it.

Anyway. First thing is going to be washing off his hands very thoroughly in the washroom with some soap. And after that... he did notice the name of someone he thought was long gone on the board, so he'll probably end up checking that out. Hershel too, since he's sure to have had a terrible time. He'll leave Snake and Jake for a while in case they want to have time to get cleaned up, but eventually they, too, will be greeted by a very quiet "hello."]

[ it's kind of good that this place is constantly quiet, or else it would be near to impossible to hear sasuke. ]

How'd you enjoy your room?

Sasuke? [Yes, there's Hershel, apparently on the prowl to find you, Sasuke. He seems kind of tense in general, or at least kind of fidgety as he looks around, maybe even asking people on the way if they've seen him. This is a shit tag, basically there he is, feel free to find him as he goes on the great ninja hunt of '15]

Hello yourself, Sasuke. *Snake's hair might still be a bit damp from the shower but he's much cleaner. Perhaps even suspiciously more relaxed thanks to Heiji.* How did you fare?

A bit later on in the day, here was Heiji, hanging out in one of Sasuke's trees and looking like he was trying to doze. But trees really weren't all that comfortable...

He stifled a yawn when he spotted Sasuke. "Oh, hey. Y'know, I still haven't figured out how ya hang out in these things for so long without fallin' out."

[Anyone catching Hershel walking out of the elevator will find he looks kind of agitated, which is probably an awkward expression on his face because seriously, when is he ever anything above mild. A quick survey and he was probably heading off to avoid people mostly, besides a select few (Alfendi, Ema, maybe you, Jake) so if anyone wants to find him pacing around one of the less frequented hallways go right ahead.

In a few hours he'll thankfully be back to normal and probably seeking people out like a British flavored homing missile so enjoy that. Feel free to find him in any of the regular haunts, I'm bad at these. Maybe trying to clean up the garden or something.]

"Hershel, you feelin' alright?" Wow, what a weird and novel concept, there was Hershel but his face was weird? It was like he was feeling some kind of emotion other than mild-mannered British teenager...

Heiji looked mostly all right, although there seemed to be a smoking little scrap of metal on his shoulder, hmm. "Did ya get a bad memory?"

*After getting very clean and very relaxed with Heiji, Snake is better able to look at the disaster that was the last room and consider more from a careful perspective, instead of a personally offended one. He did leave a lot of mud in the garden so he goes over to make sure he didn't leave a bunch of mud on a path. He does hear someone already working there.*

...Hershel? *It's a guess but Heiji did tell him Hershel was trying to grow a plant in the garden so it was a logical guess.*

[so the moment the AB room doors open Ema makes herself scarce and stays that way for a while because the grey room was a happy experience of fun bonding time. eventually she can be found either hiding reading in the back of the garden, or at the organ, playing something that looks complicated. It doesn't really sound like much at all because the organ is turned off...]
